Consideraciones sobre el enfoque al cliente en empresas de La Habana Cuba

Abstract

El artículo “Consideraciones sobre el enfoque al cliente en empresas de La Habana Cuba” expone los resultados de una investigación realizada en una muestra de empresas de diferentes estratos (empresas estatales, cooperativas, sociedades anónimas y unidades presupuestadas) acerca del estado del conocimiento y la aplicación del enfoque Marketing y el uso de la investigación de mercados en la toma de decisiones. Para el desarrollo de la investigación, se utilizaron diferentes métodos, entre ellos: el análisis y la síntesis y la observación. Se aplicaron encuestas y sus resultados fueron procesados y analizados con la ayuda de la aplicación del programa SPSS para Windows. La investigación arrojó resultados que, si bien no son conclusivos, merecen un análisis profundo y llaman a la reflexión para la toma de decisiones que contribuyan a elevar los niveles de eficiencia, eficacia y competitividad en las empresas cubanas.
