A percepção do clima organizacional no serviço público: um estudo com servidores técnico-administrativos da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria

Abstract

O objetivo desse estudo foi verificar junto aos técnico-administrativos em educação, lotados na Biblioteca Central da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria sua percepção sobre o clima organizacional de seu ambiente de trabalho. Para tanto, conduziu-se uma pesquisa quantitativa/descritiva, amparada em uma adaptação do modelo proposto por Rizzatti (2002). A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio da aplicação de questionário estruturado (escala Likert de cinco pontos) e a população-alvo foi composta por 30 respondentes. Como resultado, apurou-se que o relacionamento interpessoal do grupo e a satisfação pessoal em trabalhar no setor é boa – com médias 4,16 e 3,83 respectivamente. Por outro lado, as condições de trabalho oferecidas (M = 2,39) e o planejamento institucional para o setor (M = 2,56) deixam a desejar.
