Uso e comercialização de produtos florestais não madeireiros da área de concessão florestal Mamuru- Arapiuns, estado do Pará-Amazônia-Brasil

Abstract

Objetivando avaliar o potencial de uso e comercialização de espécies arbóreas e palmeiras que fornecem produtos florestais não madeireiros - PFNMs. Foram amostrados 20% das famílias, buscando-se registrar as espécies vegetais e seus usos, demanda e visão de comércio dos comunitários em relação aos PFNMs, permitindo obter dados quali-quantitativos de produtos florestais, incluindo cascas, óleos, palha e demais subprodutos. Na Arapiuns, as espécies mais citadas foram Oenocarpus distichus, Astrocaryum chambira, Mauritia flexuosa, Copaifera reticulata, Jessenia bataua, Himatanthus sucuuba. Na Mamuru, Oenocarpus distichus, Euterpe oleracea, Aniba canelilla, Himatanthus sucuuba, Brosimum parinarioides, Jessenia bataua, Aspidosperma sp., Bertholletia excelsa e Endopleura uchi foram as mais citadas. A Mamuru apresentou um número maior de espécies comercializadas (20) com relação à Arapiuns (12), bem como, valores maiores para os produtos e subprodutos. Sugere-se a implementação de política de manejo florestal para PFNMs, que possibilite a regulamentação destes produtos e, desta forma, incentive a exploração sustentável.
