La gestión del conocimiento y la innovación en función del desarrollo local en el municipio piloto la Palma

Abstract

La constitución de las Sedes Universitarias Municipales (SUM) plantea nuevas oportunidades y desafíos a la gestión del conocimiento a nivel local, convirtiéndose las mismas en un eje aglutinador de las capacidades humanas para gestionar el conocimiento y la innovación. El Centro Universitario Municipal (CUM), en su más reciente denominación con la integración de todas las filiales de la educación superior en el municipio, ha actuado como unidad de interface en la generación de las sinergias entre las estructuras de la universidad y los factores del territorio, para la puesta en práctica de diferentes acciones tanto de formación y desarrollo de recursos humanos, como vinculadas a proyectos de I+D+i en función del desarrollo local, siendo el objetivo de este trabajo exponer las experiencias y resultados obtenidos por el CUM del municipio La Palma en este sentido.
