Discriminación de precios y subvenciones: prácticas desleales que afectan el comercio exterior

Abstract

Según el artículo 28 de la ley de comercio exterior dicta que una práctica desleal de comercio exterior es la importación de mercancías en condiciones de discriminación de precios o subvenciones en el país exportador ya sea de origen o de procedencia, los cuales puedan causar daño a alguna rama de la producción nacional de mercancías cuya característica sean idénticas o similares. Se consideran como las principales prácticas desleales el dumping y las subvenciones, de las cuales por medio de sistemas se consideren condiciones equitativas entre productores nacionales y productores extranjeros de tal manera que se puedan prevenir dichos actos.
