Implantación de un sistema de gestión de la calidad aplicado a la gestión de proyectos de investigación: el caso del CIIDIR-Unidad Oaxaca-IPN

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es mostrar los avances logrados durante la implantación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad (SGC) aplicado a la Gestión de proyectos de investigación con financiamiento institucional y financiamiento externo en el Centro Interdisciplinario de Investigación para el Desarrollo Integral Regional (CIIDIR) Unidad Oaxaca del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN). Los resultados más sobresalientes son: La formulación del Manual de la Calidad alineado al SGC del IPN, la descripción del proceso de Gestión de proyectos de investigación con financiamiento institucional y financiamiento externo, su procedimiento y formatos correspondientes, la identificación de los procesos de apoyo; la realización de dos auditorías internas, su seguimiento y conclusión de acciones derivadas. La búsqueda de calidad y mejora continua, elementos fundamentales en el proceso de implantación del SGC, a través del cual el IPN muestra su compromiso de ofrecer servicios educativos en un marco de calidad y excelencia.
