Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Propuesta de acciones para incentivar la demanda del crédito bancario a los trabajadores por cuenta propia (TCP), en la Sucursal 6402 del Banco popular de ahorro (BPA) en la Provincia de Las Tunas” tiene como objetivo, proponer un sistema de acciones para incentivar la demanda del crédito bancario a los TCP que posibilite el perfeccionamiento del proceso de la actividad crediticia de la nueva política bancaria en la sucursal 6402 del BPA. Con el análisis estadístico realizado mediante los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación de dos encuestas a un grupo de expertos de la actividad bancaria se demostró que las acciones propuestas constituyen una valiosa herramienta en manos de la dirección de la institución para lograr el cumplimiento de su misión.
