Consulta de las redes sociales y la incidencia en la decisión de compra del consumidor guayaquileño

Abstract

El siguiente estudio se desarrolló tomando como muestra el mercado juvenil comprendido entre los 20 a 24 años de edad de la ciudad de Guayaquil-Ecuador. La finalidad del estudio que se expone en el siguiente informe, corrobora el hecho de que el mercado meta en cuestión, tiende a participar de forma activa a través de las redes sociales en la búsqueda de información de productos, consultando a sus grupos de referencia y a los espacios virtuales activos de las empresas. Pese a este fenómeno, el mercado meta recalca que dicha acción de consulta a través de las redes sociales en relación a la información adquirida posee una mediana incidencia sobre la decisión de compra del mercado meta.
