O processo estratégico de marketing: um estudo de aplicação em duas microempresas na cidade de Santa Maria – RS

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal realizar um estudo de caso a partir da execução do processo estratégico de marketing em um grupo composto por duas microempresas localizadas na cidade de Santa Maria – RS. Para tanto, são descritas como as etapas desse processo foram realizadas e também são apresentados os principais pontos de aprendizagem durante o processo com o intuito de auxiliar futuros trabalhos que visem desenvolver uma proposta de plano de marketing. Dentre as principais recomendações apontadas estão: a importância de planejar cautelosamente cada uma das atividades que compõe as etapas do processo estratégico de marketing; e a necessidade de indagação sobre as fontes de informações da empresa, bem como a profunda investigação de cada aspecto que tange análise situacional interna e externa.
