Perfil del consumidor de una tienda especializada en la comercialización de artículos para el hogar y niños en el norte del Perú. Período agosto - setiembre 2013

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo por objetivo general, determinar el perfil del consumidor de una tienda especializada en la comercialización de artículos para el hogar y niños en el norte del Perú, durante el período de agosto a setiembre del 2013. La investigación es descriptiva y se ha utilizado como instrumentos de levantamiento de información, entrevistas exploratorias y a profundidad, así como encuestas a los clientes que compran en la tienda materia de la presente investigación. El muestreo realizado fue probabilístico simple, con un nivel de confianza del 95%, obteniendo una muestra de 360 personas. Como conclusión de la presente investigación, se determinaron los perfiles de los consumidores de sexo masculino y femenino.
