Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objeto analizar los problemas que se tiene en cuanto a la seguridad de datos personales por medio de actividades de comercio en línea, así como protegerlos mediante leyes y aplicarlas ante organismos internacionales, como los autores identificaron los factores que ponen en riesgo como la inseguridad y la identidad de los usuarios, por otra parte los autores concluyen que para prevenir estos delitos es necesario regular los servicios en línea y crear leyes que protegen a usuarios y proveedores a nivel internacional.
