El desarrollo y las teorías del desarrollo regional en los planes estatales de desarrollo de Oaxaca 1998-2016

Abstract

El objetivo de realizar este trabajo de investigación surge debido a la realidad que enfrenta el Estado de Oaxaca en cuanto a desarrollo y crecimiento económico, ya que mientras el Estado cuenta con factores naturales, étnicos y culturales que son o pueden ser de gran potencial para lograr tanto el desarrollo como el crecimiento económico del mismo, la realidad es muy diferente lo cual se puede verificar al analizar indicadores de algunos años atrás con los actuales y vemos que la situación no ha cambiado, al contrario se ha vuelto cada vez más palpable la acumulación de riqueza y el crecimiento de la pobreza, situación que es difícil de entender cuando se cuenta con planes y programas de desarrollo tanto a nivel nacional como estatal siempre encaminados a combatir dichos males. Por ello se revisaron los Planes de desarrollo de tres sexenios, con la finalidad de encontrar concordancia con las teorías del desarrollo regional y la planeación para el Estado de acuerdo al tiempo y al contexto.
