Situación del uso del comercio electrónico a consumidores (B2C), en las pequeñas y medianas empresas de Tejupilco de hidalgo, estado de México, 2012

Abstract

La investigación realizada trata de presentar un panorama del uso del comercio electrónico por parte de las PYMES del municipio de Tejupilco, Estado de México. Este es un estudio descriptivo de enfoque cuantitativo pues se recolectaron datos o características sobre los diferentes aspectos de las PYMES con relación al uso de las tecnologías en sus procesos cotidianos, haciendo un análisis y medición de los mismos. Del 100% de los establecimientos registrados en la zona como PYMES por el INEGI, se encontró que solo el 12.5% cumplen las características de PYMES como establece la Secretaría de Economía, de los cuales solo el 42% ha realizado alguna transacción por internet, y solo el 2% de estas han vendido algún producto a través de este medio. De los datos arrojados se encontró que la mayoría de las unidades económicas encuestadas cuenta con los requerimientos mínimos para utilizar el comercio electrónico B2C.
