Abstract

Se presentan los resultados principales sobre el desarrollo de un modelo conceptual para diagnosticar los factores clave de la implantación de sistemas de gestión del conocimiento para el desarrollo local cubano. Se fundamenta a partir de la teoría de toma de decisiones relativas a la implantación de sistemas de gestión de conocimiento. En los momentos actuales donde la velocidad del cambio es permanente, el conocimiento y su gestión adquieren vital importancia para los gobiernos locales. En este sentido existe la inaplazable necesidad de los decisores locales cuenten con un modelo que les fundamente y optimice las decisiones en materia de implantación de sistemas de gestión del conocimiento para el desarrollo local.
