El pensamiento administrativo. Una visión desde la psicología

Abstract

En este trabajo se analiza desde la Psicología la evolución del pensamiento administrativo, partiendo de sus principales enfoques y teorías, donde se profundiza en la administración como ciencia y se presenta una visión panorámica de la evolución de las organizaciones laborales por la importancia y la relación dialéctica de ambos teorías. El pensamiento administrativo ha brindado muchas soluciones en todas las etapas donde la práctica lo ha necesitado, pero no ha podido determinar cuál de ella es la adecuada. La producción de filosofías como materiales científicos se centra en herramientas y métodos prácticos. Las disciplinas que estudian la administración no se ponen de acuerdo en cuanto a su objeto de estudio y un concepto que pueda definirla, cada una estudia desde el punto de vista de su disciplina y no con una visión interdisciplinaria. Existe una tendencia al eclecticismo como vía de solución a los problemas administrativos y a una práctica pragmática.
