Aplicación de la metodología iniciativa municipal de desarrollo local (IMDL) para la formulación y evaluación de un proyecto de inversión

Abstract

El trabajo se realiza en el Centro de Elaboración de la empresa de Comercio y Gastronomía del municipio de Palmira, provincia Cienfuegos, Cuba. Problema Científico: La limitación de los métodos para la evaluación de inversiones que respondan a las exigencias para la formulación y aplicación de la IMDL en el Centro de elaboración de Palmira. Objetivo general: Aplicar la metodología IMDL para la formulación y evaluación del proyecto de remodelación del Centro de elaboración de Palmira. Hipótesis: Si se aplica la metodología IMDL para la evaluación del proyecto del Centro de elaboración, se podrá identificar su factibilidad económica financiera, redundante en beneficios para la empresa. Para la formulación y evaluación del proyecto se utiliza la metodología del Ministerio de Economía y Planificación (MEP) diseñada para los proyectos de Iniciativa Municipal de Desarrollo Local (IMDL). Además se utilizan diversos métodos y técnicas como la entrevista, encuestas, la observación directa, así como software Microsoft Word, Excel y SPSS para la realización de la investigación. Como resultado de esta investigación se formula y evalúa un proyecto de inversión que permitirá establecer con claridad información organizada y específica de la empresa, logrando de esta manera obtener un financiamiento para la inversión y contribuir al desarrollo local.
