Caracterización De La Planeación En México

Abstract

En el presente artículo se trata de establecer las diferentes características de hecho que envuelven al proceso de planeación en México; el cual, en muchas ocasiones ha sido conceptualizado como la estrategia política a seguir por parte de una Nación. Sin embargo, aquí demostramos que la planeación es un proceso de mayor complejidad que permite entender que esta actividad, conlleva entre otras, el establecimiento de objetivos y prioridades sociales que demanda una Nación, a fin de obtener un desarrollo armónico y estable en su vida como tal.
