Pobreza Y Derecho Humano Al Desarrollo. Una Perspectiva Económico-Jurídica

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se aborda el problema estructural de la pobreza y los efectos que ésta genera. Considerando para esto, que la pobreza es un impedimento para el desarrollo de las personas y del derecho humano, mismo que debe ser garantizado por los gobiernos nacionales. Por lo cual, este trabajo analiza el esfuerzo de las autoridades mexicanas ante el problema estructural de la pobreza, lo que representa y lo que pone en riesgo ante la circunstancia nacional. Llegando a concluir que el trabajo realizado a favor a los vulnerables, se encuentra legitimado por la capacidad del Estado para hacer de México una región más justa e igualitaria.
