El Embate A Los Sistemas De Pensiones En México En El Marco De Las Reformas Neoliberales

Abstract

La introducción de la capitalización individual en los sistemas de pensiones del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social y del Instituto de Seguridad Social al Servicio de los Trabajadores del Estado se ajustó a los intereses del capital financiero. Sin embargo, los costos de la reforma los asumieron los trabajadores y fue implantada de forma autoritaria, sin autocrítica por parte de los actores del Estado respecto a la corrupción en el manejo de los fondos y la incapacidad del modelo neoliberal para generar empleo y solvencia al anterior modelo solidario de reparto. Para la población pensionada bajo la reforma, no hay expectativas de vida digna en la vejez.
