La Industria Textil Perú - México: Gamarra – Zapotlanejo

Abstract

Este artículo es el resultado de una investigación denominada La Industria Textil Perú-México: Zapotlanejo y Gamarra estudio comparativo de los clúster para determinar estrategias competitivas que fuera desarrollado en el año 2011 por la autora con la colaboración de un equipo de investigadores de la Universidad de Guadalajara. El objetivo de este artículo es mostrar los aspectos de la dinámica operativa existente en la industria textil en Perú Gamarra y en México Zapotlanejo con la finalidad de compartir la experiencia en ambos escenarios y así a mantener u optimizar los niveles productivos en estas zonas del vestir. Esta investigación permitió al equipo de investigadores, el planteamiento de estrategias competitivas para su respectiva consolidación en el mercado nacional con proyección a incorporarse en el mercado internacional.
