    Abstract

    La presente investigación trata sobre los sistemas de incentivos que son estímulos que apoyan al trabajador motivándolo a crecer dentro de la organización y sentirse satisfecho dentro de ella, estos sistemas ofrecen ventajas y desventajas a la institución por ejemplo ayudan a aumentar la eficiencia del trabajador, pero también resulta ser costoso para esta, se presentan algunas problemáticas y también soluciones que equitativamenteudaran a que los sistemas de estimulo sean más equitativos. Se realizo una encuesta dentro de la institución para medir la preferencia de los empleados sobre los incentivos laborales.
