Abstract

El presente artículo es fruto de una investigación realizada en la Empresa de Recuperación de Materias Primas de Santiago de Cuba y centra sus objetivos en mostrar los puntos fuertes y débiles en su desempeño financiero operativo, partiendo de diagnosticar la situación mediante algunas técnicas de análisis financiero, analizar el ciclo de efectivo como indicador indispensable en la administración del capital de trabajo y proponer algunas medidas para su correcto funcionamiento, de modo que permita al administrador tomar decisiones financieras más oportunas.
