De La Reforma Hacendaria Al Impuesto Especial Sobre Produccion Y Servicios (Ieps) Y El Impacto Económico De Acuerdo Al Modelo Is-Lm: El Caso De México En El 2010

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza a grandes rasgos, una parte de la reforma fiscal en el 2010, como una herramienta emergente para lograr el crecimiento, hoy cuando el actual sistema fiscal resulta complicado, inefectivo, -y en el que además se estima que tiene un 40 por ciento de evasión fiscal,- ha sido propuesto un nuevo sistema tributario que permite generar mayores recursos para el estado. Así, que en la última reforma propuesta, un detalle interesante es que los estados podrán agregar impuestos a la gasolina, cerveza y tabaco, en el IEPS (Impuesto Especial sobre Producción y Servicios), con efectos en la tasa de inflación. Haciendo una aplicación del Modelo IS-LM, un aumento de los impuestos, explica su ineficacia y expone la necesidad de una justa y equitativa hacienda pública que aliente un nuevo nivel de desarrollo en la economía mexicana.
