Abstract

Hoy son grandes las transformaciones y cambios que ocurren en las organizaciones impuestos por el medio cambiante y competitivo donde se desarrollan, ello provoca la necesidad de contar cada vez más con cuadros que posean los conocimientos, habilidades y destrezas necesarias para lograr el cumplimiento de sus funciones y un desempeño superior. Es por ello que se propone una reflexión en cuanto a la necesidad de formación y desarrollo de competencias en cuadros de los Consejos de Administración Municipal desde la capacitación, realizando valoraciones sobre este proceso y considerando las exigencias del desarrollo económico y social de los territorios.
