Propuesta De Diseño De Una Base De Datos Para La Reducción Del Fondo Salarial En Una Universidad Mediante La Optimización Del Personal En Secretaría

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo se basa en la propuesta de un diseño de una base para el área de la secretaría en una universidad, la cual permitirá la reducción de gastos por concepto de fondo salarial, ya que permite que el trabajo desempeñado por 5 personas, pueda ser realizado de manera eficiente por solo 2 personas, por lo cual se ahorra de manera significativa por concepto salarial ya que pueden dejar de pagarse 3 salarios que sin la optimización de las estadísticas en esta área de trabajo fundamental para el trabajo en una entidad como la universidad es de vital importancia. Esta base datos se diseñó a partir de la aplicación Microsoft Access y esta estructurada de manera que solo dos personas puedan operarla y realizar todo el trabajo que a través del uso tradicional en soportes impresos requiere de 5 trabajadores, por lo que desde el punto de vista económico es factible su utilización.
