    Abstract

    En el presente artículo emprenderemos el tema de las sociedades anónimas cubanas en el momento de su constitución. En la actualidad, cuando se trata de organizar negocios de grandes inversiones de capitales y de altas escalas de público, se sugiere como forma organizacional preferida por las empresas industriales, bancarias, de seguros y mercantiles. Empresas mixtas, empresas de capital totalmente cubano o de capital totalmente extranjero siempre que adquieran la forma de sociedad anónima, serán designadas por sus resueltas, para desarrollar las empresas más intrépidas en cualquier modelo de sistema político, social y económico.
