Conhecimentos De Jovens Universitários Acerca De Aspectos Do Mercado Financeiro

Abstract

Este artigo tem por objetivo discutir os conhecimentos dos estudantes de cursos superiores de tecnologia sobre finanças e o mercado financeiro. No estudo, buscou-se identificar a percepção e atitudes dos jovens universitários com o mercado financeiro. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida no Estado do Espírito Santo, Brasil, em instituições particulares de ensino tecnológico, no ano de 2010. Os resultados indicam que os estudantes apresentam dificuldade acerca do entendimento de gráficos e também na compreensão das séries e valores financeiros divulgados na mídia. Os alunos apontaram ainda dificuldades em efetuar operações financeiras por meio da Internet.
