Abstract

Se realizó una breve evolución del proceso de gestión de la calidad y sus limitaciones, considerando la necesidad de actualización, a través de la óptica enfoque de proceso las actividades de producción de semillas para el sector agroalimentario, para ello se utilizó como herramienta la ISO 9004:2005, bajo la concepción Proyecto de avance significativo, Se propicia un acercamiento a dos temas claves que garantizan el sustento teórico de la investigación: Gestión de la Calidad y Organización en función de un proceso clave para el desarrollo agrícola.
