Propuesta De Indicadores Para La Medición De La Eficiencia Económica En La Empresa Minero Salinera De Las Tunas

Abstract

La economía cubana demanda cada día la necesidad de que las empresas dispongan de herramientas significativas para el proceso decisorio y que reflejen un flujo de información relevante para los directivos de las organizaciones. El análisis de los indicadores económicos constituye un instrumento esencial para este proceso, es por ello que el presente trabajo se realizó en la Empresa Minero Salinera de Las Tunas con la finalidad de proponer indicadores que permitan evaluar la eficiencia económica en los resultados del período. Los indicadores propuestos se establecieron partiendo de los que son objeto de análisis por la dirección de la empresa y se analizaron sobre la base de los años 2010-2011.
