Abstract

A partir de la necesidad que poseen las entidades del sector del comercio y la gastronomía, de contar con un sistema de indicadores que permita medir la gestión general de la misma, tanto de corte económico, financiero y socio - medioambiental, que le ofrezca los conocimientos necesarios para el mejoramiento en la toma de decisiones, se desarrolló esta investigación.
