Abstract

El trabajo fue realizado en la agroindustria arrocera del CAI Fernando Echenique ubicado en la Provincia Granma, en el cual se concentra el 70 por ciento de la producción de arroz de la región oriental del país. El estudio abarcó las Granjas arroceras Bartolomé Masó Márquez y Pedro Borrás Astorga, y la Unidad industrial de Beneficio Emilio Lastre, a partir de un diagnóstico de su estructura organizativa, el sistema de contabilidad empleado en la gestión, así como la forma de organizar la calidad de su proceso productivo.
