Abstract

Con este artículo pretendemos hacer recapacitar a la sociedad sobre la influencia que ejerce la sociedad tecnológica en función de prioridades tecnológicas. Que la investigación básica representa menos del 20% de la investigación que se hace en los países desarrollados y las empresas son las que están corriendo hoy con una buena parte del gasto con la ejecución de las investigaciones, en tal sentido podemos decir que la tecnología, es cada vez más dependiente de la actividad y el conocimiento científico.
