Diagnóstico Del Proceso De Control De Los Costos De Producción En La Empresa Minero Salinera De Las Tunas

Abstract

En el contexto actual se ha convertido en una necesidad para las empresas disponer de instrumentos válidos que tributen a una eficiente toma de decisiones. En este sentido el presente trabajo se realizó en la Empresa Minero Salinera de Las Tunas con el objetivo de diagnosticar el proceso de control de los costos de producción. Los principales resultados evidencian que existen insuficiencias en el proceso de control de los costos que limitan los resultados económicos, dado en la no elaboración de una ficha de costo unitaria real, la falta de conocimiento de los jefes de brigada de producción y que las informaciones no reflejan de forma detallada los costos incurridos en el proceso productivo. Tomando en cuenta las conclusiones se proponen recomendaciones encaminadas a elevar la eficiencia en el proceso.
