¿Cómo Establecer Las Competencias Básicas Necesarias Para Facilitar La Gestión Estratégica?

Abstract

Se plantea que la competencia laboral es: "El conjunto de conocimientos teóricos, habilidades, destrezas y actitudes que son aplicados por el trabajador en el desempeño de su ocupación ó cargo en correspondencia con el principio de idoneidad demostrada". En la propuesta de Normas Cubanas se plantea que competencias laborales son "conjunto sinérgico de conocimientos, habilidades, experiencias, sentimientos, actitudes, motivaciones, características personales, y valores basados en la idoneidad demostrada por el trabajador, asociado a un desempeño superior en el cargo.
