Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en el Complejo Agroindustrial (CAI) "Sur del Jíbaro", donde se muestran variaciones de la humedad de cosecha y de fertilización nitrogenada en la variedad LP5, cultivada en las campañas de siembra de frío y primavera 2009-2010, lo que permitió determinar los parámetros más factibles de humedad de cosecha y de fertilización nitrogenada, que influyen en una mejor calidad industrial del grano.
