Abstract

Este trabajo se realizó en la Empresa Materiales de Construcción Granma, el campo de investigación en particular es la información económica-financiera de la Entidad. El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer un procedimiento metodológico para la evaluación de la economía, eficiencia y eficacia. El conocimiento sobre la entidad unida a la caracterización realizada y la selección de los métodos y técnicas auxiliares, el análisis de la información y el trabajo de mesa, posibilitó ir conformando la propuesta metodológica de este control y verificación de los indicadores de producción en la organización. Determinamos que la Empresa debe de prestar mejor atención a los aspectos que sirven como índices para medir eficacia, eficiencia e imagen corporativa frente a los clientes, costos, plazos y calidad pues existen serias insatisfacciones al respecto,. Se deba hacer un uso adecuado en la aplicación de las herramientas de control e intensificar la preparación y capacitación sobre las temáticas actuales de control interno.
