Evolución De La Planeación De Los Recursos Humanos Y Su Manifestación En Modelos Precedentes Y Actuales

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar la evolución de la planeación de los recursos humanos y su manifestación en algunos de los enfoques precedentes y actuales de la gestión de recursos humanos. El desarrollo de los enfoques ha transitado de simples análisis cuantitativos a otros que integran lo cuantitativo y lo cualitativo, que abarcan diferentes plazos de tiempo: corto, mediano y a largo plazo y se integran con la planeación estratégica. Hoy en día la planeación de los recursos humanos ha ganado protagonismo, siendo considerada la base de la gestión de los recursos humanos, existiendo modelos que integran la planeación, la gestión y el control. Es cada vez más integral abarcando además de la previsión cuantitativa y cualitativa de personal, la planificación del resto de las actividades y procesos de la gestión de los recursos humanos que garantizarían esas previsiones futuras.
