Aplicación De Herramientas De Producciones Más Limpias Para Perfeccionar El Sistema De Gestión Ambiental Y Empresarial En La Unidad Básica Talleres Ferroviarios 9 De Abril

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en la Unidad Básica Talleres Ferroviarios "9 de Abril" de Sagua la Grande, con el objetivo de diseñar un conjunto de acciones medioambientales con la utilización de herramientas de la logística inversa para perfeccionar el sistema de gestión ambiental existente en esta entidad, proponiendo una serie de estrategias y/o alternativas que inciden en una mejor utilización de los recursos y materias primas en la actividad de reparación y/o mantenimiento de equipos de arrastre ferroviarios a la que se dedica la misma. Se analizan los conceptos, métodos y aplicaciones más novedosas adaptadas al contexto cubano de esta problemática, para su conformación se utilizaron técnicas como: observación directa, entrevistas, consultas de registros, trabajo con expertos y grupal, así como técnicas estadísticas. Como resultados de esta investigación se llega a la generación de opciones referentes principalmente al manejo del agua, energía y los residuales sólidos, logrando minimizar el impacto ambiental y aumentar ingresos en valores para la unidad por la venta de "virutas metálicas" y ahorro del recurso agua y energía, así como mejoras graduales en la proyección y el desarrollo económico de su objeto social.
