Análise De Viabilidade Econômica De Uma Plantação De Eucalipto No Pará –Amazônia- Brasil

Abstract

Com a crescente preocupação com o meio-ambiente, bancos e instituições financeiras têm aumentado a oferta de crédito a iniciativas rurais que visam uma plantação sustentável aliada ao reflorestamento. Desta forma, este artigo busca analisar um projeto de implantação de uma cultura de 1 ha de eucalipto (E. urophila) sob os seguintes indicadores de viabilidade econômica: TIR, VLP, VPLa, ILL, ROIA, Relação Benefício-Custo e tempo de payback . Os resultados encontrados apontam para a grande viabilidade do projeto, entretanto tendo um tempo de payback alto (12 anos e 4 meses), este deve apenas ser intentado por empresas sólidas que não necessitem ter seu investimento restaurado em curto prazo.
