Abstract

La presente investigación aborda la planificación de la fuerza de trabajo calificada para el municipio de Mantua, Provincia Pinar del Río; identificándose como problema científico: que en el territorio no se realiza la proyección de la demanda de fuerza de trabajo calificada, lo cual limita el desarrollo perspectivo del mismo. Proponiéndose como objetivo: Proyectar la demanda de fuerza de trabajo calificada para el Municipio Mantua, lo que permite retomar los ritmos del desarrollo del mismo.
