Ética territorial. Ética y política económica. Discusión de sus relaciones fundamentales a la luz de las políticas de desarrollo territorial

Abstract

La política económica se construye sobre un fundamento ético que en unas ocasiones es más explícito en que otras. Sus objetivos más generales o más particulares tienen siempre relación con la idea de desarrollo y bienestar que cada sociedad posee: riqueza material, estabilidad macroeconómica, sostenibilidad, justicia social, pluralismo social y cultural, diversidad étnica y nacional. Parece oportuno y es lo que este trabajo se propone, hacer una síntesis y precisar el estado del arte en la evolución de nuevos y antiguos principios y valores que estarían a la base de la configuración de una ética territorial.
