El trabajo, una perspectiva desde la sociología del conocimiento

Abstract

La complejidad de las relaciones laborales en la actualidad ha conllevado a muchos sociólogos a realizar estudios relacionados con el trabajo, desde la relación social del empleo, la centralidad del trabajo como forma de estructuración de la vida económica y del proceso de socialización del individuo debido a la naturaleza del trabajo y su tendencia actual. El presente artículo pretende enfocar y definir el trabajo como actividad social. Para su desarrollo se toman diferentes perspectivas de la literatura especializada referente al tema, dado los distintos enfoques por especialista que definen desde un examen sociológico de las relaciones de trabajo contemporáneas el empleo como trabajo.
