Las alianzas estratégicas en Cuba. Una alternativa para el desarrollo

Abstract

El objetivo que se persigue en la presente investigación es lograr un acercamiento sobre la evolución y las clasificaciones de las Alianzas Estratégicas, así como las ventajas que aportan estas en el ámbito empresarial. El presente material parte del análisis de un conjunto de conceptos dados por diferentes autores de lo que es Alianzas Estratégicas, luego se conceptualiza el término de Alianzas Estratégicas que los autores del presente trabajo asumen. Abordando posteriormente las principales clasificaciones de estas desde diversas aristas, los principales factores para el éxito, las ventajas de la conformación de las Alianzas Estratégicas; así como cual ha sido la manifestación de las mismas dentro de las inversiones extranjeras en Cuba; concluyendo con la explicación de los principales sectores priorizados de la economía cubana donde se ha permitido invertir, los que a consideración de los autores son de necesario entendimiento.
