Abstract

El abono de los tributos por parte de las personas naturales y personas jurídicas se establece por Ley y reglamentaciones complementarias y tiene como objetivo proveer de recursos financieros al Presupuesto del Estado, el que se aprueba anualmente como Ley por la Asamblea Nacional del Poder Popular y rige desde el 1ro de enero hasta 31 de diciembre de cada año.
