Maquiladoras, un crecimiento y desarrollo compartido para la región y empresarios con estrategia

Abstract

La Maquiladora es una empresa multinacional dedicada al sub-ensamble, proveedora de trabajo intensivo en mano de obra, técnico calificado, en la actualidad de diseño, lleva empleo a sitios de acogida que ofrecen ventajas competitivas en recursos naturales, empleados disponibles a bajo coste, localización geográfica y logística accesible a clientes y mercados internacionales, lo que induce el desarrollo en regiones, pero cuando existe desapego a normas y leyes estas organizaciones dañan el medio ambiente, la contaminación genera destrucción al ecosistema provocando un coste mayor para revertir el ecocidio, que la derrama económica lograda con la actividad productiva por la organización. La innovatividad marca el camino hacia la innovación, el desarrollo tecnológico y progreso económico, creando la armonía entre el medio ambiente y la competitividad.
