Las acciones preventivas y de mejora en el contexto de las organizaciones empresariales

Abstract

Se presenta una herramienta que facilita el control de las acciones preventivas y de mejora en organizaciones que tienen implantado, o pretenden implantar, el sistema de dirección y gestión empresarial, y como parte de este los sistemas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, calidad, competencia del laboratorio de calibración y ambiental. La mejora es un requisito establecido en las normas NC ISO 9001: 2008; NC ISO 14001: 2004; 17025: 2006 y la NC 18001: 2006; este artículo propone hacer coincidir el control de las acciones preventivas y de mejora, con los requisitos del sistema de métodos y estilos de dirección, establecido en el decreto No.281 del Comité Ejecutivo del Consejo de Ministros de la República de Cuba, argumentando como medio para lograrlo el desempeño de los órganos de dirección, la dirección estratégica, dirección por objetivos y dirección por valores, así como los registros que evidencian dicho control.
