Abstract

El surgimiento de estructuras organizacionales cada vez más complejas, la especialización de las personas, hacen necesario la evaluación de la gestión en todos sus niveles y funciones, por lo que la auditoría constituye una herramienta de control y supervisión, permitiendo descubrir vulnerabilidades o fallas en las estructuras de la organización.
