Diseño E Implementación De Un Sistema De Información Para El Control Del Combustible En La Empresa De Suministros Y Transporte Agropecuarios De Sancti Spíritus

Abstract

En la investigación se realiza el diseño y la implementación de un sistema de información para el control del combustible en la Empresa de Suministros y Transporte Agropecuarios de Sancti Spíritus. Se construye el marco teórico referencial que se centró en la revisión y análisis de la bibliografía sobre los sistemas de información y el control. Se propone un procedimiento general para la confección de sistemas de información que transita por cuatro fases. A partir del procedimiento propuesto se diseña e implementa el sistema de información para el control del combustible en la empresa y con su implementación: mejora el control del combustible, se perfecciona el proceso de toma de decisiones, mejora la fiabilidad de los datos, se fortalece la función de control, se racionalizan las operaciones básicas y disminuye el tiempo de realización de las actividades. Es necesario destacar el ahorro de 53 000 litros de diesel y el crecimiento de un 4,6% en los valores por transportación en el 2009 en la empresa. Esta investigación presenta un valor metodológico importante porque el procedimiento propuesto es aplicable a cualquier sistema de información teniendo las características específicas del objeto de estudio.
