Abstract

En el mundo empresarial contemporáneo, caracterizado por la imposición de exigencias cada vez más elevadas, se hace necesario incrementar al máximo la eficiencia y la eficacia con el propósito de alcanzar un adecuado desempeño empresarial. Alcanzar un óptimo desempeño representa actualmente un importante reto para las empresas.
