Abstract

El presente trabajo se desarrolla en el área de Recursos Humanos de la CTE “Lidio R Pérez. con el objetivo esencial de determinar la Idoneidad demostrada del trabajador en el cumplimiento de su desempeño laboral en las organización , El mismo forma parte de los mecanismos que debe implementar la empresa estatal , en su proceder por buscar alternativas de solución a los problemas que frenan el buen desempeño de la misma, enmarcado dentro del proceso de perfeccionamiento empresarial , conjugando armoniosamente todos los factores que desaten las reservas de productividad latentes y las pongan en función del desarrollo del país.
